Kukui Marketplace is an open-air regional shopping center located in the City of Lihue on the island of Kauai, Hawaii. This Center was developed in 1994 as an expansion of Kukui Grove, an asset which is also owned by the APFC. Kukui Grove and Kukui Marketplace are the largest shopping centers on the island of Kauai with a combined gross leasing area of 454,848 square feet. Kukui Marketplace consists of two separate retail buildings, which encompass approximately 142,152 square feet of retail space. Kmart is a major tenant.
